We pride ourselves on a very successful program, using the fundamental training of Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and Boxing. Training is combined with strength conditioning and cardio-vascular training that is second to none.
This program is a full contact program. All members are required to bring sparring equipment & a mouth guard to every class. We also suggest bringing a towel and change of shirt.
This is a very exciting and fun program with lots of hard work and great drills to take you to the next level of Mixed Martial Arts.
