"Our family has recently just moved to area and was looking to join a gym. I've always been interested in MMA because of the multidisciplinary approach as well as the high fitness levels MMA athletes are able to achieve.

I have to say Team Quest has far exceeded my exceptions. From the first minute I walked into the gym there was a very friendly attitude, and it's very clear this is a place where all attitudes are checked at the door. The gym staff was able to work a flexible membership that worked with my schedule and had a great price match--I certainly did not expect that level of personal understanding!

Since training with the club I have met some great people had a lot of fun in all my classes, and I can say that my fitness level is the best it's ever been. It's also great to see world class recognizable MMA pros participating in regular classes--you certainly learn a lot.
